CJJ4 IS ALMOST FINALLY JUST ABOUT PRACTICALLY HERE! LET’S CELEBRATE WITH SOME FREE SIGNED COPIES!

GODOT.

THE RAPTURE.

CHARLIE JOE JACKSON’S FOURTH BOOK.

Some things are just worth waiting for.

And while Beckett’s mythical character and The End Of Days might still be a ways off, I’m pleased to announce that CHARLIE JOE JACKSON’S GUIDE TO MAKING MONEY will be released on August 26th!

It’s been a torturous, brutal, exhausting 15-month wait for so many of us.

Just consider what was happening in May 2013, when the last CJJ book came out:

Obama was President.
People in the Middle East didn’t like each other.
The New York Mets were lousy.

Okay, fine, some things haven’t changed, but let’s not lose sight of what’s important here — there’s a new Charlie Joe Jackson book out!

So let’s celebrate by GIVING AWAY THREE FREE SIGNED COPIES!

To be eligible for this more-than-once-in-a-lifetime event, just use the comments section to provide the correct answers to this short Currency Quiz!

THE CHARLIE JOE JACKSON CURRENCY QUIZ!

1) How many dollars is a ten-dollar bill worth?

2) Who’s richer — a gazillionaire or a bajillionaire?

3) “If I Were A Rich Man” is from what famous musical?

Good luck!

    1. It depends… And American $10 bill is worth $10.93 in Canada. Billy Baeder of Philadelphia has a $10 bill that is worth about half a million dollars.

    2. Everybody knows that a Gazillionaire is much more wealthy (and uncommon) than a Bajillionaire, based solely on the letter value of each word according to Scrabble.

    3. We all know it was in Fiddler on the Roof, but most people don’t know that it was also filmed for Spider-Man 2… Alfred Molina’s take on the song didn’t make it into the movie.

    2. The roots for each is a colloquialism for a very large or extreme amount. In the definition extreme is used for bajillion. So I’ll say bajillionaire is richer.

Sup Tommy! We chatted through email a while back. Here is my answers:

    1: 10
2: Well. a gazillion and a bajillion are not actual numbers, but they are used as an expression for a whole lotta moolah! So I think a bajillionaire is richer.
    3:Fiddle on the Roof

(P.S.) I hope I can get my parents to drive me to Raleigh for when you are at Quail Ridge Books and I can meet you!!

    Catcha later,
    Olivia M.
